Membership Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering the Khyberpunk®️ Membership Program. Before you proceed with signing up, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Membership Type: The membership program offers two types: Family, and Corporate. Each type comes with its own set of benefits, as outlined in the program details.
Membership Duration: Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. Renewal options will be provided closer to the expiration date.
Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.
Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Benefits: Membership benefits include exclusive access to new games, attractions, and events, unlimited playtime on Xbox & playstation games, member-only discounts, and monthly rewards.
Usage Guidelines: Members are expected to follow all rules and guidelines of Khyberpunk®️ The Arcade during their visits. Failure to adhere to guidelines may result in membership suspension or termination.
Member Discounts: Member discounts are applicable to arcade games, food, and select merchandise. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Personal Information: Members’ personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Termination: Khyberpunk®️ reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates the terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
Changes to Benefits: Khyberpunk®️ reserves the right to modify or change membership benefits, terms, and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes.
Renewal: Members will receive information about renewal options prior to the membership expiration date.
Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable.
